First off, great work on the Fusa plugin -- it ROCKS!! Now onto business..

The problem
I also am having the same problem as the posters above:The plugin works great for PSP games and homebrew, but I can't get the menu to appear for PSX games. Unlike some, however, recreating the seplugins folder doesn't solve the problem. Fusa is the only plugin I am running, so the first thing I did was copy the seplugins folder "in-tact" to the root of the memory stick. FuSa_SD.prx, game.txt, and pops.txt are all present and accounted for. And both of the text files contain the line "ms0:/seplugins/FuSa_SD.prx". I have also set GAME and POPS to "enabled" in the recovery menu. I'm using Fusa with a component cable and my firmware version is "4.01 M33-2." I'm also running Time Machine with a Pandora's Battery, if it matters.

Thing's I've tried
I have tried re-downloading the file from an alternate source and recreating the seplugins folder. I've tried enabling the POPS plugin while disabling the GAME plugin, and vice-versa. I've also tried accessing the the menu with no cable attached. I've tried setting the video mode to "normal" in the PSX game. I've tried booting the PSP from AC without the Pandora Battery/Magic memory stick, and THEN running the PSX game. Still no luck.

@Andy_maN, the only thing I have not tried yet is to reformat my memory stick from XMB, but I will try this tomorrow with a spare stick. My main (magic) stick was initially formatted from the XMB, though. But just the same, I will reformat a spare stick, and try again.

Ok, here's what I just did. I'm listing all of the intermediate steps; if you see something wrong, let me know:

Remove the Pandora's battery from my PSP (just in case).
Plug in AC.
Turn on PSP.
Insert a 1GB memory stick.
Format the memory stick from the XMB (System Settings/Format Memory Stick).
Download Fusa build 47 from this website, and extract the contents.
Enable USB mode on PSP.
Copy the seplugins folder from the Fusa package to the memory stick, overwriting the existing folder.
Check the contents of the seplugins folder on the memory stick:
----The folder contains three files: "FuSa_SD.prx," "game.txt," and "pops.txt."
----The files "game.txt" and "pops.txt" both contain the line "ms0:/seplugins/FuSa_SD.prx"
----There are no other lines in these text files, and there are no other files in the seplugins folder
Copy Gran Tourismo to PSP/Game/
Unmount the memory stick (the right way) from the OS.
Restart PSP, and enter the Recovery menu.
Set Fusa "GAME" and "POPS" to "Enabled."
Exit recovery menu.
Start PSX game. Wait for it to load.
Press and hold -/+ volume keys simultaneously.
Nothing happens.

Anyone see where I might've gone wrong?
Thanks.

The solution for me was:
1.Remove all the seplugins you got
2. Also remove conf.bin inside of the seplugin folder
3. Download Fusa, and install it by writing the standard lines to game.txt and pops.txt (make sure you put Fusa first; on top)
4. That's how it worked for me

As noted above, I've met all of these conditions as a result of reformatting the memory stick and starting from scratch. In other words, I don't have any other seplugins, there was no conf.bin inside the seplugins folder (this file is created when FuSa is run for the first time), and the standard lines are already topmost (they're the only lines).

But the comment "make sure you put Fusa first; on top" caught my attention. It seems to suggest that you might have other plugins installed, whereas FuSa is my only plugin. If this is true, what other plugins do you have? I can try installing them, and see if that makes a difference.

SOLVED
That was it. I installed POPS Loader, and now it works. I don't know if FuSa specifically requires "POPS Loader" or if any other plugin will suffice, but I installed POPS Loader, and now it works. Ironically, POPS Loader doesn't seem to work. Maybe it's a bug in the way the CFW handles plugins, maybe it's a problem specific to FuSa, or some combination thereof. For example, if DaX counted from 1 instad of 0 when designing the plugin loader, then all of the lines in pops.txt would be offset by 1 (just a random guess).

EDIT: Yes, this seems to be the case. I added a third line to pops.txt under the first two: "ms0:/seplugins/bla.prx" Then I enabled "bla" in the recovery menu, and POPS Loader works now, too. It's a bug! The last plugin listed in pops.txt won't load. (this is with firmware 4.01 M33-2)

thank's outrun, Following your tips I,
Installed The Popsloader 3.80 Plugins to my seplugins folder,
Since you cant have two files named the same i combined the text that was in the popsloader txt to the Fuse pops.txt(underneath).

Then i enabled the popsloader plugin in recovery and tried it out on silent hill PSX game, Worked first try.

Also Thanks to the creators for fuSa, for making this great plugin. goodbye.

I have 5.03 installed . I'ts darkcloud v2 chickenhen, gen c. 5.03, prome 3, 503 Kxploit, and have the 5.00 popsloader plugin installed, so I guess I'd say I'm running CFW 5.03 right. This is needed for my PSP 2000 to play PSP and PSX with no problem. I also

Shouldn't FuSa SD v1.0.50b work fine for playing  FF8? Or other PS1/PSX games? Is this the right FuSa to be using? It says it supports m33 and PS1 games? I guess not eboots.

Can one of you guys help me?

Thank you so much. I was on hour 16 of trying to get my PSP to play PS1 on my t.v. I used the FuSa suffix 5.0b version for my 5.03 CFW. The instructions for it were just wrong. The standard lines needed to be entered into both the game.txt and pops.txt, opposed to just the game.txt.

Thanks, I'm playing, now, I had a 15ft, RCA cable on the way I thought I wasn't going to be able to use. Thinking about a USB RCA dongle for wireless to TV. Thanks again. :D
