Okay, so basically I just got a psp slim today and I'm wondering about Tv and Cable compatibility. I understand the different cables, composite and component, but I still have a few questions. Even though I have a Tv with progressive scan I have a Tv that's in my room in which doesn't have it, therefore I may just buy the composite cable. My first question is, will the composite cable work on an HDTV in which probably supports progressive scan?

Also, just wondering, but one Tv in my house only has two slots where the yellow and white cable goes, not the red. Would the composite cable work on this tv? (Ps2 works on it, but idk).

Thanks ahead of time guys smile

I may just buy the composite cable.

You can't play games with composite cable whatever TV ...but it's possible with FuSa SD plugin ^^

If you wanna play games on your HDTV without FuSa you need component (or d-terminal, if your TV support it :p) cable.
Anyway you can just buy 2 cables types and enjoy biggrin

It's mean that you've got non-stereo TV i.e. MONO ^^
