i think he means something like this:
Q:What's the use of Popsloader.
A:Popsloader and Fusa are 2 seperate things, they don't have problems with eachother.
Popsloader was created by Dark Alex because Sony is changing the pops(program that allows you to play psx games) almost every time.
Popsloader allows you to load Pops from older firmwares on your current firmware in an easy way. That is, because some PSX games will work with the latest POPS, while others don't. So if you want to play psx games on your tv, they first got to work on your psp.

Why the speedbooster does not support PSP game like NBA LIVE 08,winning eleven 08, etc.(FUSA SD with 5.0M33 support)?
What kind of game can I play on TV with FUSA?

Umm.. that's strange... mb you are using an old version (or unstable)
